We offer a standard 14-days long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened. Shipping is available within Europe. We also accept returns for faulty batteries up to 3 months. Cartomizers, atomizers and clearomizers have a standard 48 hour Dead on Arrival policy.
Our cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm Monday – Friday. Orders for next day delivery need to be made before these times to ensure they can dispatched same day. Orders made after these times will be dispatched the next working day e.g. orders made on Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday.
