At this moment in time, delivery may normally take up to 5 working days if ordered before 3pm Monday - Thursday, but this could take longer due to the high volume of orders that have been placed not only on our website but other online retailers Nationwide. This has a huge knock on effect for all couriers and delivery partners so things are just a little slower than normal! 

Rest-assured, you will get your deliveries, they may just take longer than normal due to the current situation. If you still haven't received your order by 7 calendar days from the date of your shipping confirmation, please get in touch, and we'll investigate for you.

Whoops! It looks like our website may have sent you out a link to DHL rather than DX. This is due to the tracking numbers for both courier companies being the same format.

Bear in mind that this may not show a specific date, this is because DX are having to push back some deliveries due to high demand. Rest assured though, if you have received a tracking confirmation, you parcel is on the way, it may just take longer than normal.

Online Orders

Unfortunately our in-store and online loyalty accounts are two separate entities. If you have not used our online store before, you will need to create a new account. 
You will accumulate points online for any purchases, however we cannot transfer points from one account to the other.

Unfortunately, free nicotine shots are unavailable online. 
Please bear with us as we do our best to replicate in-store deals on our website,  we want our customers to get the service and pricing they are used to in-store, however - due to stricter TPD regulations on vaping ecommerce sites, this isn’t always possible. 

We are experiencing some stock issues on our website at the moment due to the high volume of orders.

We are in the process of replenishing though so please keep an eye on the website for this being back in stock. We also aim to send out an email to our mailing list subscribers to inform them of items being back in stock!

Although we try to replicate in-store deals on the website, there are some that we are unable to do. This is due to stricter TPD regulations on vaping eCommerce sites. 

For example, we can offer bundle deals on specific products all of one flavour/strength, however we cannot mix and match. 


Public Health England maintains that vaping is at least 95% less harmful than traditional smoking. Vaping isn’t completely risk free, but is far less harmful than smoking tobacco and has helped millions of smokers quit.  Our advice to vapers and smokers looking to make the switch is that products should always be purchased from trusted businesses. Ask for advice on how best to switch to vape products from experts or specialist vape shops if you need it.

If for example you are smoking 20 cigarettes a day, we estimate that you could save up to £3000 per year by making the switch to vaping.

E-Liquid (also commonly referred to as “e-juice”, “juice”, or simply “liquid”) is what an electronic cigarette uses to create vapour. The heating element or coil in the e-cig vaporises the liquid and creates an inhalable vapour or mist. The purpose of this is to deliver nicotine without any burning, smoke, or inhaling the harmful chemicals usually associated with conventional cigarettes.

It’s simple, flavouring, Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and Propylene Glycol (PG) both of which are commonly used in the manufacturing of pre-packaged foods and beauty products! E-Liquid can also contain nicotine and there are varying strengths available. Find out more about what is in e-liquid Here

At VPZ we have a huge range of e-liquid flavours ranging from tobacco and menthol to retro sweets and cakes. Try our e-liquid flavours in-store and find the right one for you. You will also need the right nicotine strength. This can be a tricky one as it is all about what feels right for you and how
many cigarettes you smoke per day, however we do have a guide to get you on the right track:

Up to 5 cigarettes per day - 3mg
Between 5-10 cigarettes per day - 6mg
10-15 cigarettes per day - 12mg
15+ cigarettes per day - 18mg
