Introducing VPZ's Mystery Vaper Programme

At VPZ, we have always believed in putting our customers first. Your experience in our stores is not just valuable, it is essential: providing our customers with as much knowledge and value as possible is imperative in ensuring the customer’s smoking cessation journey is as easy as possible. To ensure we are providing an exceptional service across all of our stores; we are excited to announce our all-new initiative: the Mystery Vaper Programme.

What is the Mystery Vaper Programme?

We would like to enlist the help of you, the VPZ customer, to help us reach new heights in our customer service and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Acting as mystery shoppers, you will shop at one of our VPZ stores and assess the entire shopping experience from start to finish, before reporting back to us with your findings. As a thank you, we’ll cover the cost of your shop by crediting back onto your VPZ loyalty card.

How Does it Work?

1.       Signing Up – Customers who are interested in taking part in our Mystery Vaper Programme can sign up here, or by scanning the QR code on their receipt. We will then be in touch with you if you have been successful in signing up for the programme.

2.       Anonymous Visits – Customers who have successfully been chosen to participate in the programme will then be asked to complete a mystery shop at a store of VPZ’s choosing (don’t worry, it will be nearby), assessing all elements of the shopping experience as they do so.

3.       Feedback – Upon completion of the mystery shop, customers will then submit all relevant feedback to their contact at VPZ. We will use this feedback to ensure our stores are providing our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Why Participate?

1.       Influence Positive Change – Your feedback will directly impact the way we serve all our customers going forward. It will ensure that we can provide the ultimate customer experience across all our stores.

2.       Free Stuff – In return for your valuable insights, we will compensate you by crediting the amount you spent back onto your VPZ loyalty card. This means you will be getting an extra shop on us!

3.       Voice of the Community – By participating, you are ensuring smokers, ex-smokers and vapers are getting the help and knowledge they need from VPZ.
